What this site collects
The site code does not set first-party cookies, run analytics, serve advertising, create user accounts, or send search terms to a server. Search runs in the browser against static directory files.
Hosting and external links
GitHub Pages and external providers may process ordinary connection data under their own policies. Clicking provider websites, maps, appointment links, regulator resources, or GitHub leaves Hearing Care Finder.
Public maintenance requests
GitHub issues are public. Do not include patient information, medical records, passwords, or sensitive personal data. Submit only the public business information needed to explain a listing request.
Directory data
The directory publishes public business and professional listing fields such as names, addresses, contact routes, categories, and map links. Use Listing help to request review of a specific record.
